JCollections by Janaki Rao.
Janaki, born and raised in India, immigrated to Toronto, Canada after her marriage. As a child, she was the tomboy in her class! After her marriage, heavily influenced by her girlfriends, cousins and relatives, she never misses any girly activity. A commoner in gathering, from small kitty parties to a 10 day wedding celebration; she is a brand model of her own make and is in constant popular demand for her designs and
collections.
Janaki visits India once a year. Her trip includes a visit to
JCollections studio in south Delhi, run by her cousin sister. The studio
is a small craft group for skilled artists belonging to Gujrat and Rajesthan.
Janaki’s collections includes handpicked, in trend designs from the studio.
Janaki shares profits with her studio back home and is interested to expand the center in Toronto, Canada someday.
